Megan and Corey had an awesome wedding at The Reef in Long Beach. Their wedding was relaxed and beautiful and we really felt the connection between them.

Anna and Simon – July 22, 2007 July 24, 2007

Anna and Simon are really awesome people. Anna is one of those women who sees good in everyone and everything and is truly excited about life. Simon is very genuine, sensitive and committed. It was an honor to work with this couple, their awesome families and fun wedding party.

My first clue that this would be a great wedding was the breathtaking family heirloom that Simon presented to his bride. The ring was his great grandmother’s and Anna was thrilled to wear it.

The ceremony and reception were at Point Vicente Interpretive Center, an absolute gem in Palos Verdes

The sky threatened rain during the ceremony and a few drops eventually came down. It all made for very dramatic photos

Krissi and J.T. – Lucky 7.7.7 July 10, 2007

I have been waiting for Krissi and JTs wedding all year. They are one of those couples that I liked instantly for so many reasons. For starters, They had their wedding were Paul and I did, LaVenta Inn in Palos Verdes.

Krissi’s dress was awesome! It was unique and beautiful, just like the entire day.

Bling

Every detail was thought about down to the bridesmaids hair pins. I loved the colors, bright shades of yellow, orange, green and pink, one for each bridesmaid/groomsmen. The hair was fabulously done by Dana and Donna at Design Visage

DJ Zan from Awesome Entertainment was one of the best DJs I have worked with. At the beginning of the day he said to me “If people don’t dance it is the DJ’s fault” He had everyone on their feet all day.

Instead of tossing the bouquet, Krissi gave it to her mom as a token of her appreciation for all of her help during the planning process. It was a perfect moment

Nicole and Shane – June 9th, 2007 June 15, 2007

I second shot a great wedding for the talented Julie Weaver on Saturday.

The wedding was at The Portofino Yacht Club and Hotel, just a hop, skip and a jump from my house.

The flowers were one of my favorite colors, the most delicate shade of pink

I loved this moment at the beginning of the ceremony. You could almost see Shane’s heart beating out of his chest when he gets his first look at his beautiful bride.

Anneliese and John – June 2nd 2007 June 6, 2007

Anneliese and John are the first of three couples referred to us by Erin and Kevin who’s wedding we shot last year, (pre-blog, sorry no pics). Thanks guys!

They had a beautiful wedding in Dana Point/Laguna Hills on Saturday. We really enjoyed working with this easy going couple and their awesome families.

Nancy and Neil – Day After Portraits May 25, 2007

Nancy and Neil got dressed up again and we headed to the beach for some portraits. We started out traditionally but as you will see the session heated up.

Nancy and Neil had an amazingly elegant wedding on Saturday. The couple was looking fabulous, the details were striking and the weather was perfect. The day started at Nancy’s home with a tea ceremony.

Olga and Dorian’s Wedding April 30, 2007

This day was all about elegance. Olga’s gown reminded me of old Hollywood, it was very glamorous and suited her perfectly. Dorian brought a mixture of Fred Astaire charm and Rob Thomas cool to the day. They are a great couple who have been together forever. I heard several people remark that the wedding was just a formality but they sure did it right!

Chastity and Albert – March 24th, 2007 March 26, 2007

Chastity and Albert’s wedding was beautiful and full of amazing details. I was lucky enough to have Dana Grant shoot with me. Look for pics on her blog as well.

The day was coordinated by Jennifer Johnson of OC’s Finest . They did a great job and were awesome to work with.

Bernadette and Paul – March 10th, 2007 March 15, 2007

Bernadette and Paul just booked me three weeks prior to their wedding. This wedding was the most fun of any I have been too. The ceremony was beautiful but the wedding really was all about the celebration.

Bernadette’s ’something blue’ was a ‘57 Chevy. It was cool!
